Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)
• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country’s regulations.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the product and packaging.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

International Orders
If placing an order internationally (from outside of the United States of America), customer is responsible for any and all tax and duty fees that may arise. This includes VAT taxes. If you decline to accept your package upon arrival because (tax and duty) fees are too high, there will be no shipping refund given. Order refund may be given if the package is received as ‘return to sender’ back to me.
